In Milan in 2017, IPG group and McCann, become part of the same galaxy.

The brief was very precise: 9 differents agencies are moving together, to share the same space. So, how can we make people feel fully integrated and happy with this?

The project was about 3 floors and more than 300 employees: Walls, murales and corridors, Meeting rooms, shared spaces, Kitchen, Welcome kit, Employee’s Badge and Regulation document, Signage system and many more.

I immediately loved the idea to work on the interior design of my current agency and what I did was: Concept and development of the whole imagery world, scouting and coordination of the different artists, supervision of suppliers, print and building up and support to the architecture studio.
